Mr.Taizoon F. Khorakiwala

Mr.Taizoon F. Khorakiwala is the youngest son of Mr. Fakhruddin T. Khorakiwala, ex Sheriff of Mumbai. The family owns and operates the Wockardt and Akbarallys Group of Companies.

Mr. Khorakiwala has a Masters Degree in Management from BIT, Pilani and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Mr. Taizoon F Khorakiwala is the founder CEO of the SWITZ group of companies. He has nearly 30 years experience in the Bakery business, of which he has spent 25 years in promoting and running Bakeries and trading in Bakery machineries and ingredients in the Middle East, Far East, Philippines and India.

The turnover of the SWITZ group of Companies is upwards of 60 million USD. This phenomenal growth is largely due to the unique understanding of the macro and the micro economic practices, consumer demand and an extensive knowledge of the Bakery industry that MR. Khorakiwala has developed over the years.

Mr. Arnab Basu

Mr. Arnab Basu is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and is also an alumnus of London Business School, UK.

Mr. Basu began his career by joining Hindustan Lever in 1977 followed by the State Bank of Hyderabad where he worked a s Probationary Officer. In 1980, Mr. Basu joined the Bakery industry with a short stint with Monginis Foods, Mumbai and thereafter helped the owners establish a presence in Saudi Arabia by taking charge as Factory Manager of Al Mintak Establishment for Trade, the flagship of the Switz Group of Companies. An eventful 7 years with the Switz Group saw the Flagship Company become the undisputed market leaders in the Kingdom.

Mr. Basu returned to India in 1988 to set up his own business and the maiden venture, in 1988, began with the marketing of packaged cakes and cookies manufactured by Monginis Foods, Mumbai. Assessing a vast and hereto untapped potential market, a Bakery was set up and commissioned in December 1991. Today this is the largest craft Bakery in West Bengal and the Monginis brand is the undisputed market leaders in Kolkata and the suburbs.
